STRENGTHENING WILDLIFE PROTECTION THROUGH LOCAL ENFORCEMENT
The Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO), in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO), is conducting a two-day Training on the Deputation of Local Government Units under DENR-CENRO Bago City on October 14-15, 2026, at Negros Residences, Bacolod City.
The training aims to strengthen the capacity of local government units (LGUs) in wildlife law enforcement and equip participants with the knowledge needed to help protect and conserve our wildlife resources.
With stronger local enforcement and closer coordination among partner agencies, we move one step closer to safeguarding Negros Occidental’s rich biodiversity.
